Fulton Park

Fulton Park is a family development with 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and a limited number of 5- bedroom units. Service delivery is specifically centered around early learning, youth programming and family self-sufficiency activities and supportive services. Amenities and program offerings are designed to promote a sense of community and well-being for families.

The development was converted from the low-income public housing program to project-based rental assistance under HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD). The sources of funds include 4% LIHTC and Moving to Work and HUD Capital Funds from Elm City Communities. The total cost of the project was approximately $18 million. Censere coordinated the project from conception to closing.
