Rockview Redevelopment (Phase I & II)

The Rockview Development, which consisted of two phases, is a part of the West Rock Revitalization Plan. Phase 1 provided for 77 residential units, 47 of which are project-based assisted and 30 other affordable units. Construction is complete and the development is 100 percent occupied. The total development cost was approximately $31 million.

Rockview Phase 2 will provide 78 residential units, 62 of which will be project-based assisted units and 16 will be market-rate units. Construction has commenced. The total development cost is approximately $35 million.
