Wilmont Crossing

Prior to the implementation of the West Rock Revitalization Plan, this site contained a deteriorated strip mall. The site now contains a 47 unit mixed-use facility for elderly and disabled families that includes 9,000 square feet of new commercial space and 4,600 square feet of community space. The facility also includes a medical center that not only serves its residents but those of the entire West Rock community. The development includes 13 RAD units and 34 project-based units. All of the units are LIHTC units.

The total development cost is approximately $19 million. Approximately $15 million in other public and private funds were also leveraged. Miller was responsible for all aspects of the redevelopment of the project.
